BACKGROUND1 Anderson is complainant K.A.’s biological father.2 K.A., who was eight years old at the time of trial, testified that she was “four or five” years old when she and her younger sister Y.A. By three issues, Anderson asserts: (1) the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction (2) the trial court abused its discretion when it limited his ability to cross-examine a witness and (3) the trial court abused its discretion when it limited his expert witness’s testimony.
